They specialise in resolving disputes efficiently, drawing on their global experience in diverse real estate scenarios.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, including service charge disputes, dilapidations, and rent reviews.
  • Handling development and construction-related disputes.
  • Providing counsel on planning, land-use, zoning, and environmental issues.
  • Addressing tax-related disputes impacting real estate transactions.
  • Managing bankruptcy and restructuring matters within the real estate context.
  • Handling statutory claims relevant to the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in real estate litigation, with a focus on diverse aspects such as landlord and tenant issues, development, construction, planning, tax, bankruptcy, and statutory claims.
  • Proven track record of successfully resolving disputes and providing strategic advice to clients in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the legal landscape surrounding real estate, including current regulations and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent clients and collaborate with internal teams.
