Great company seeking an Operations Specialist to manage the day to day office functions. Organization is fast growing and this new role will be taking on the responsibilities of the Office functions with duties such as:Vendor communication and negotiation for best prices Order janitorial supplies Recruiting of staff, onboarding and setting up interviews Direct communication with all involved with the business Support President with special projects and organization Support with the payroll processing of 200 employees time tracking sent to 3rd party for processing Bank runs for deposits Manage workflow schedules for staff Some travel to other buildings on occasion Someone who can support with social media and upkeep the web page Someone who can streamline processes of uniforms for staff, memos to staff, vendors and clients and create presentations In this role, you will have exposure to how to work directly with the Industry leaders and engage as if you were managing your own business.
