This will be a hybrid role, based in downtown Chicago (60601). If you have 5 years' experience managing IT projects, apply today!Duties: • Act as primary liaison to the business for specific project initiatives • Act as primary liaison with an on-shore and off-shore outsourced development Team • Coordinate all phases of the project (requirements, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment) • Maintain manpower plan for the Team • Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed • Build project plans and timelines for projects which could involve multiple vendors and cross team resources • Plan, manage and execute projects to completion • Provide periodic status reports on projects • Maintain a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business, and a focus on quality and service • Interact with the business through requirements analysis and design sessions • Participates in the Annual Budget Planning Process and Monthly Budget Review • Manage and track project costs, including plan vs actual costs, forecasted estimates to complete, and costs at completion • Maintain proper controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
