• Hire, manage and train IT staff• Leads development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems and department.• Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.• Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.• Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.• Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. • Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.• Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.• Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP). • Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers• Evaluate the company’s adherence to federal technology requirements for security• Maintain company hardware and software programs• Update technological equipment in the company as needed• Implement company-wide technology updates.• Actively resolve routine to moderately complex technical needs by managing problems and suggesting solutions. • Research, resolve and respond to requests received from employees. • Ensure documentation and processes are current as business and technology changes evolve. • Maintain knowledge database and keep apprised of changes in technology and processes. • Proactively monitor various systems to catch problems before they become outages and to ensure the health and availability of systems, servers, network, etc.• Travel to include some overnight will be required • Perform other job-related duties as needed.
