Job Title: Fuel Inventory CoordinatorBASIC PURPOSE: Analyze and audit fuel purchases and sales by loads nationwide to ensureaccuracy and completeness on each. Communicate with other departments, stores, and 3rd partysuppliers and customers to obtain information needed to verify data on fuel loads. Balance fuelinventory by product and location.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Balance fuel inventoryReview detail on fuel loads verify its accuracyAudit and distribute reportsCommunicate with various internal departments and external contacts to obtain allnecessary detail needed to ensure data on fuel loads is accurateOther duties assigned as needed.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Education:HS Diploma or equivalent requiredSome college preferredExperience:2 years of accounting, accounts payable or inventory experience preferredSKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Skills:Hard skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, RightAngle and/or FuelSmartexperience is a plusSoft Skills: Excellent, verbal and written communication skills, detail orientated,ability to problem solve and troubleshoot, self motivated, and a team playerTypical Physical Demands:Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
