Robert Half is Hiring a HR Recruiter Near Chicago, IL

Robert Half might have a Human Resources Recruiter job for you with this dynamic organization. As the Human Resources Recruiter you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. We need to find a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow to work with our client. Not only will you handle recruiting functions, you will also be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. Your responsibilities:- Crafting and posting job advertisements on pertinent platforms- Leveraging digital recruiting resources to attract the best talent- Assisting with onboarding paperwork and orientations for new hires- Conducting interviews and sorting candidates from various sources- Overseeing a large volume of resumes to be processed, around 8-10k- Providing clerical support to the HR department in the transition to our new payroll system, Paylocity- Implementing assorted administrative duties as needed
