Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases by updating employee records and generating reports as needed.Assist in benefits administration by supporting open enrollment, resolving employee inquiries, and collaborating with benefits providers.Handle HR-related inquiries and requests from employees, providing accurate and timely information or directing them to the appropriate resource.Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as legal regulations.Process weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees accurately and on time.Calculate and input hours worked, overtime, vacation, and other relevant payroll adjustments.Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and address discrepancies.Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll records for auditing and reporting purposes.Collaborate with HRIS to streamline and enhance payroll processes.Cross-trained in Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and reconciliation.Cross-trained in Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures, managing customer invoices, collections, and resolving payment discrepancies.Handle Customer Service Representative (CSR) duties, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Assist in scheduling activities, coordinating appointments, meetings, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.Participate in purchasing functions, including vendor communication, order entry and processing, and inventory management.
