We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and strategic HR Director to join our growing company. This is an executive role that reports directly to the CEO. If you are a visionary who is passionate about employee relations and have the skills to grow and develop a HR department, then we would love to meet you.Responsibilites:Oversee all company HR needs including policies and procedures, benefits, PTO, performance management and legal compliance.Prepare and manage the HR budget.Develop a scalable HR strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and objectives.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.Develop and monitor overall HR metrics and report to executive board.Manage andevaluate the performance of the HR staff.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conduct investigations when necessary, and maintain records.Design company policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.Oversee employee compensation and benefits plans.Offer strategies to improve employee engagement and enable a positive working environment.
