We are looking for Senior VP of Human Resources with a SHRM Certification and a minimum of 10 years' HR management experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be experienced in people management, strategic planning, and complex project coordination in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to execute our company's strategy and drive positive change. 1 . Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 2. Oversee the structure of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract, recruit, and retain qualified job applicants. 3. Develop and oversee comprehensive HR policies and procedures as per company requirements and legal compliance. 4. Lead performance management processes, advising and coaching management on performance evaluation and improvement strategies. 5. Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits program. 6. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required. 7. Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for staff members. 8. Ensure legal compliance, mitigating risk, and promoting a culture of accountability and integrity. 9. Create forecasts for HR expenses such as salaries, benefits, training, etc.
