Robert Half is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our client's team in the adult beverage distribution industry for leave-of-absence coverage. This role involves managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, recruiting, interviewing, and providing basic HR administrative support. If you have a strong attention to detail, prior HR administrative experience, and prior recruiting/interviewing experience, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Process payroll, including confirming timesheet approvals and ensuring accurate data entry.Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.Provide basic HR administrative support as needed.Participate in weekly HR meetings and conferences to discuss ongoing initiatives and address any HR-related issues.Provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).Communicate effectively with staff.Work collaboratively with department heads and staff members, fostering positive relationships within the industry.
