If you're detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Performance: Execute administrative tasks precisely and efficiently to support the executive team's daily operations.Technology: Utilize various software tools and HRIS systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.Organization: Ensure a well-organized and productive work environment, managing calendars, meetings, and resources effectively.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Perform weekly recurring tasks, including bookkeeping, training management system oversight, and general HR duties.Manage bookkeeping tasks, accounting for approximately 15-20% of daily responsibilities.Oversee the training management system, allocating another 15-20% of time to this critical function.Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, acting as a central point of contact for new employees and providing success planning guidance.Take on mini projects, such as refining new hire orientation procedures, after becoming proficient in recurring tasks.Support a team of 20-50 employees, ensuring HR and administrative processes run smoothly.Prioritize task loads efficiently, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.What You Will Get to Do:Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development.Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and managing vendor relationships.Manage office facilities, equipment, and coordinate events and meetings.Handle renewals of certificates of insurance, general liability policies, and OSHA 300 forms.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Act as the central point of contact for the executive team, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.Process and prioritize vast amounts of information effectively.Balance multiple tasks and projects, adapting to changing priorities.Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.Administer employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Ensure HR compliance with legal requirements, such as labor laws, employment regulations, and reporting.Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and goal setting.Assist with compensation changes, salary reviews, and payroll processing.
