Robert Half's client in Southbridge is looking for an HR Coordinator to support a growing healthcare facility. The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for onboarding documentation and compliance. The HR Coordinator would be responsible for:-Supporting new hires from the time the offer is extended to their first day-Following up with new hires on outstanding tasks-Monitoring progress of new hires completing tasks-Processing paperwork-Answering questions-Monitoring completion of background checks, CORIs, I-9s, and other pre-placement documentation-Utilizing applicant tracking system (Workday)-Following up with new hires and other parties-Staying on top of outstanding tasks, sending reminders as needed-Other tasks as neededRequired experience:- HR exposure- I-9 exposureWHERE: Southbridge, hybrid flexibility*about 3 days on site, 2 days at homeWHEN: Starting Monday May 13HOURS: Monday-Friday either 8-4:30 or 8:30-5DURATION: 6 month contract, could extendIf you are interested, please apply today!
