A non-profit organization is seeking an HR Administrator for their office in Anaheim, CA. This position is contract-to-hire and provides a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their experience in both Human Resources and the non-profit sector.Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as benefits, payroll, and policies.Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and providing administrative support.Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.Assist with the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data and information.
