Robert Half is Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper Near Boca Raton, FL

Robert Half is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper within the Boca Raton, Florida area. This position reports to the Accounting Manager at our Client's site and will manage all company ledgers, process payroll, and reconcile invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Our ideal candidate has several years of prior bookkeeping experience, knowledge of large ERP or QuickBooks software, and experience preparing financial statements. We are searching for individuals that have experience in:Process accounts payable and receivablePrepare deposits and reconcile company ledgersPerform account reconciliations and invoicingProcess payrollPreparing trial balancesMaintaining the general ledger chart of accountsReviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entriesPerforming account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accountsPosting monthly, quarterly and yearly accrualsReconciling sub-ledger(s) to general ledger account balancesPreparing financial statementsIf you have this experience and are seeking a good career opportunity, please respond with your most recent resume and interest!
