Robert Half is Hiring a Front Desk Coordinator Near La Jolla, CA

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Management Front Desk Administrator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, resident communication, and providing support to various departments within the property management team.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations:Greet visitors and residents in a courteous and professional manner.Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.Resident Relations:Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Assist residents with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and other leasing processes.Coordinate with maintenance staff to fulfill resident service requests.Conduct resident communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Administrative Support:Assist property management team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.Update resident and vendor databases accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed.Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.Vendor Coordination:Coordinate vendor access to the property for maintenance, repairs, and other services.Ensure vendors adhere to property policies and procedures.Maintain vendor records and assist with invoice processing as needed.
