The Dispatcher will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching truck drivers for timely deliveries. This role requires working closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred.Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule truck drivers for timely deliveries and pickups.Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations.Monitor and track driver progress to ensure on-time deliveries and address any delays or issues as they arise.Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver schedules, delivery routes, and customer interactions.Assist with routing optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to address customer needs and concerns.Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced dispatch operations.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
