Dispatcher
USA Grading, Inc. is a family owned and operated company, seeking a full time Dispatcher for our Roll Off Dumpster Division. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and multi task.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited:
Create Invoices
Analyze Rates versus costs
Validate disposal invoices
Creating Work Orders
Routing Drivers Accordingly
Scanning and Filing
Answering phones and emails
Research and resolve discrepancies
All other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
High School Diploma
Familiar with Lee and Collier Counties a plus
Disptach experience
Proficient in all MS Office programs
Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
Ability to function in a high paced office
Great written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time management
