This role involves supporting the Development Department and Development Manager with various property renovations and administrative tasks. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Provide support to the Development Department and Development Manager in managing property renovations• Ensure compliance with regulations, audits, and HUD requirements in property administration• Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for efficient data management• Handle public housing contracts, procurement, and compliance in line with affordable housing regulations• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data management and communication purposes• Assist in development planning and operations, ensuring all activities align with the organization's mission• Work with landlords and manage accommodations for residents effectively• Adhere to prevailing wage regulations for laborers and mechanics• Ensure fair housing and fair housing law practices are upheld in all operations• Audit compliance to maintain the highest standards of operation within the organization.
