You will be expected to have developed intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have rapid and error-free typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist opportunity for you! This contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the York, Pennsylvania area.
What you get to do every day
- Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources
- Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
- Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
- Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product
Requirements- Numeric data entry experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Data entry experience desired
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Proven typing accuracy
