Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation and implementation of custom kits and direct FIT mailings, including coordinating customer calls, setting up USPS services, configuring and setting up items and kits, resolving USPS-related issues promptly, and collaborating with various departments on orders and kit builds.
• Lead fulfillment activities, including data entry, mailing, tallying, and reporting of leads generated from advertising and direct mailings.
• Coordinate the shipment of materials to new sales representatives and distribute materials to sales reps as needed.
• Assist in general marketing preparations by preparing data and materials for the management team.
• Coordinate all aspects of special projects, including mailings and informational binders.
• Occasionally travel and work "off hours" as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Take the lead or serve as backup for trade show coordination, managing space reservations, hotel bookings, equipment orders, and shipping logistics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the proper care and operation of standard office equipment.
• Assist in special projects as requested and perform other related duties as necessary.
