The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer credit applications and records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and detailed analysis.Responsibilities:• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly• Conduct regular checks and validations of database information to ensure accuracy and integrity• Generate and prepare regular inventory reports for management to assist in informed decision making• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies efficiently and accurately• Assist with warehouse and administrative tasks as required, such as receiving and checking incoming stock, picking, packing, and shipping orders• Implement improvements to inventory control processes based on detailed analysis and Excel Formulas to enhance efficiency• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.
