This role involves servicing customers via inbound and outbound calls, handling new patient enrollment, and managing order opportunities in a professional manner. The position requires the ability to identify customers' needs, utilize systems for documentation, and respond appropriately to customers’ inquiries.Responsibilities:• Processing leads from external departments to complete necessary follow-up and product offerings• Researching and resolving issues regarding a customer’s order and communicating the outcome to the customer when appropriate• Completing and updating all pertinent records in company systems• Establishing and maintaining effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties• Demonstrating proficiency and knowledge of the company’s product offerings• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers• Answering Community Voice Mail• Supporting the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals through task completion and continued training• Demonstrating proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and related applications and systems• Handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence efficiently• Scheduling appointments and managing order entries.
