Robert Half is Hiring a Credentialing Specialist Near Brentwood, TN

Are you a highly organized, customer-service-oriented professional with a knack for detail? Our client is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join their Enrollment Services business in Brentwood, TN . As a part of their team, the Credentialing Specialist be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational tasks related to corporate and contract Personnel Security and Credentialing requirements. This Credentialing Specialist role demands a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate with various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Retrieve biometric files and upload them to the federal portal.
Evaluate data in biometric files to ensure accuracy.
Report on biometric submittals to ensure full transmission.
Resubmit biometric files that did not transmit properly and follow up with federal Points of Contacts (POCs) if transmission issues are identified.
Receive, assemble, and report on data records.
Proficient in Adobe and/or FoxIt PDF as well as the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay high attention to details and possess a high level of self-motivation and energy.
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Develop strong working relationships with leadership and other contract Points of Contact.
Education:
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred.
Skills:
Analytical skills to evaluate data effectively.
Proficiency in Adobe and/or FoxIt PDF, Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
