Robert Half is Hiring a Corporate Controller Near Denver, CO

Robert Half has partnered with a growing healthcare company in Denver in search of a Corporate Controller! The Corporate Controller position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $140,000-$165,000 other incentives!

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all accounting and finance functions.
  • Drive a timely, precise financial reporting process, mastering journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Establish the department's strategic direction from scratch, encompassing billing, financial statements, payroll, and more.
  • Implement and automate key systems - accounting, cash management, forecasting
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with business teams to create scalable processes and best practices.
  • Co-lead the annual budgeting cycle and ongoing review and reforecast, partnering with execs to build and maintain financial models.
  • Lead audits across all entities, ensuring compliance and driving continuous process improvement.
  • Manage treasury and banking relationships, guaranteeing adherence to investment and cash policies.

Requirements for the Corporate Controller include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10 years of accounting experience
  • Healthcare experience 
  • Previous Controller experience

Preferred qualifications for the Corporate Controller include:

  • CPA
  • Big 4 experience
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Start-up experience
  • SaaS experience
