Robert Half is Hiring a Fund Accountant Near Denver, CO

Robert Half has partnered with a private equity firm in Denver in search of a Fund Accountant! The Fund Accountant position is paying $70,000-$100,000!

The Fund Accountant will be responsible for the following:

  • Review quarterly consolidated fund reporting prepared by the fund administrator to ensure technical GAAP accuracy and ledger maintenance.
  • Act as key liaison between our organization and fund administrator related to fund and property accounting, capital calls and distributions, and management fee calculations.
  • Perform all corporate-related accounting processes including T& E, A/P, and preparation of accurate and timely quarterly corporate financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of and monitor all accounting-related matters pertaining to the firm’s assets and entities.
  • Treasury management and maintaining cash oversight, including proposing capital calls and distributions.
  • Project manage period-end financial statement reporting, year-end audit and tax compliance.

Requirements for the Fund Accountant include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 years of fund accounting experience
  • Real estate funds or private equity funds experience is preferred, but not required
