Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a manufacturing company in Littleton in search of a Controller! This a very hands-on Controller position where you will have your hands in the full-cycle accounting. The Controller position is paying $100,000-$130,000!
The Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Job cost accounting and WIP schedules
- Performing the month-end close, quarter-end close, and year-end close
- Prepare the financial statements and financial reporting package for CEO
- Work with the bank and handle banking relationships
- Work with Project Managers, sub-contractors and vendors
- Work with the PEO on benefits, payroll, employee issues, etc.
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements for the Controller include:
- 8 years of accounting experience
- Experience being the Controller or sole accountant for a company
- QuickBooks experience (preferred)
- Fishbowl experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
