If your ideal job offers you exceptional compensation and benefits and potential for career growth, this is a good fit!Your responsibilities in this role- Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities- Present executive committee and partners with monthly financial reports- Complete month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, reconcile accounts, and handle G/L analysis- Ensure client satisfaction by reviewing deliverables of self and team- Produce cash-flow reports, calculating cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and manage daily cash- Manage the creation of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor them on a monthly basis- Drive the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques to ensure the timely cash collection- Evaluate, apply and refine policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies- Direct finance department activities, such as accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Advance Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed, with research, planning and implementation- Collaborate with executive team and partners to make efficient and effective firm-wide operation possible
