This position requires a deep understanding of compensation structures, market trends, and a strategic approach to optimizing employee benefits packages. Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular market research to analyze industry compensation trends and ensure our organization's salary structures remain competitive.Evaluate and recommend changes to the compensation strategy to attract and retain top talent.Participate in salary surveys to benchmark our organization's compensation packages.Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Work closely with benefits providers to ensure effective and cost-efficient benefits offerings.Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to conduct job evaluations and ensure positions are appropriately graded.Develop and maintain job descriptions that accurately reflect roles and responsibilities within the organization.
