The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a well-known healthcare practice in the Indianapolis area to find a Clinic Manager to join their team. This is a fully onsite, contract to hire position. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm*One late night per week Responsibilities for the position include the following; Manage all aspects of the medical office's administrative operations. This includes scheduling appointments, greeting patients, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance.Supervise and train non-clinical office staff. This includes receptionists, schedulers, billers, coders, and administrative assistants.Develop and implement new office policies and procedures.Ensure that the office is in compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations.Maintain the office's budget and track expenses.Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.Opens physician’s schedules and blocks them accordingly, for maximum productivity.
