Robert Half is looking for someone extremely tactical- issuing purchase orders for anyone who needs one with a new org. Stong communicator via email or phone (foreman could be in line at store and need one right away for example).
- Loves getting in and doing, doing, doing. Tactical mindset, tactically driven
- Need to be a good communicator
- Ideally float across org and work with energy or construction or service team that they could be talking to any of 100 people. Not afraid to ask questions
- One of the core functions is to manage and reconcile invoice discrepancies. A queue- it's up to date but have so much company in that they need to help with. No expectations on what they need to do. Usually about 100-200 invoices in queue at any time and can help on this
