You will be an integral part of the team, primarily focused on leasing and property management, where you will have the chance to work both in the office and travel to various properties. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage leasing activities for 500 units including 40 vacancies• Utilize your proficiency in Property Management software for effective property management• Apply your experience as a Leasing Consultant to attract and retain tenants• Use your knowledge of Investment Properties and Multifamily Properties to enhance property value and ensure profitable operations• Travel to different properties within the area as part of your role• Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner• Assist in property management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of all properties under your management• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for filling vacancies and retaining tenants• Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and to ensure competitive leasing and property management strategiesThis role requires a high level of organization, detail orientation, and a strong proficiency in property management systems, particularly Entrata. A background in leasing and property management is crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in Spanish would be advantageous.
