Rapidly growing real estate investment company located in South Oklahoma City, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team. As a key player in the financial operations of our organization, the Assistant Controller will report directly to the CFO and actively contribute to the day-to-day operational accounting functions.Responsibilities:Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.Perform general ledger reconciliations to support financial reporting and analysis.Generate and compile financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Lead month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support strategic decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to perform complex data manipulations.Experience using QuickBooks is preferred.CPA certification is a plus.How to Apply:If you are a detail-oriented, results-driven detail oriented with the required qualifications, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.
