Approximately 50 invoices per week.Work with vendors regarding reconciliation of invoices and payments. Assisting in researching and reconciling any vendor discrepancies. Code and enter approved invoices into accounting system.Distribute and mail checksFile invoices and check copiesMaintain the vendor databaseReconcile daily cash receivables and accurately code payments into the systemAccurately process monthly client billingBatch receivables and prepare for daily bank depositsPerform collections calls on past due receivables and monitor the AR aging report. Assist Accounting Manager with month-end close and financial reporting
