AR / Revenue Accountant (Contract-to-Hire)

You are a highly efficient, detail-oriented and motivated AR/Revenue Accountant comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment.

This position pays: $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the AR

• Daily processing of cash receipts and ensuring proper coding to the GL and revenue recognition

• Daily cash receipts report

• Researching and resolving any inquires or discrepancies as relates to Revenue and AR

• Receiving electronic payments

• Reconciling cash received

• Journal entries for cash receipts and revenue

• Revenue related reports

• Ad hoc work as needed

What you bring:

• 3 years of Revenue and Accounts Receivable accounting experience

• Proficiency with various accounting systems and ERPs

• Strong systems skills including Excel and Google Sheets

• Experience in the nonprofit industry

• Strong attention and ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
