Robert Half is looking for a Staff Accountant - Revenue. The Revenue Accounting team is responsible for ensuring that revenue is captured and recognized correctly per agreements and transaction reports while ensuring that revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant. The Staff Accountant, Revenue will perform revenue accounting, billing, collections, and related general accounting functions for assigned business units. Please reach out if interested!What You’ll Do:Process customer payments received through bank wire, ACH, and checksProcess invoices timely and accurately per the agreements and sub-licensing reportsPrepare transaction data for recording in the accounting systemCollect the monthly and quarterly reports from sub-licensees to compute and record licensing revenueTrack past-due invoices and work with customers and internal teams to collect past-due payments.Record Journal EntriesOther ad-hoc projects and duties as required to support the Accounting/Finance department
