Hybrid Role - Primarily Remote!To apply to this role, please send your resume to John Sadofsky at john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0mJob ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing the full accounts payable cycle.Record and upload all accounts payables invoices for separate entities, and vendors, into the company’s expense allocation system.Review all accounts payables invoices for accuracy, approvals, and appropriate supporting documentation.Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret workflow processes for vendor invoices.Review allocation of invoices and general ledger accounts payable postings in accordance with company accounting policies.Monitor management company and fund invoice correspondence.Process and organize all approved vendor invoices for payment.Communicate effectively with internal and external vendors regarding invoicing, review/approvals, and payment status.Maintain vendor files including all required tax information.Assist with expense reimbursement review/approvals ensuring expenses are within policy, properly documented, coded, and processed in a timely manner.Generate and distribute annual 1099 reporting package.Assist in month-end and quarter-end close process.
