Not your average Agile Project Manager position! This position will challenge you and you will need to act like a "Pseudo-Coach" with various teams at times! This is a Direct Hire/perm Agile PM position! Join this company and new Scrum teams and help drive internal change and improve overall Agile and Scrum processes! This is a permanent position with one of our local client companies, working on a variety of Infrastructure and some application development projects, developing a product roadmap, and managing the backlog. Working closely with the business to innovate, set a strategic roadmap for products, and look for ways to truly Innovate. Agile experience and the ability to help shape new processes and help to establish best practices!
What You Will Need To Be Considered:
• Project Manager proven track record.
• Monday.com OR MS Project experience
• Agile Project Delivery experience. Practical experience working through the Agile process.
• Experience working in a project based PMO team is a huge plus!
• Have led complex technical projects successfully – preferably on the infrastructure side
• Skilled at interfacing with the business and leadership

What You Will Be Doing:
Positions like this Project Manager position where you can actually have an impact! We’re Not looking for a Process driven Project Manager, we’re looking for a Results oriented Agile Project Manager who can affect change, impact a team, and help drive change in a positive way. You Must be comfortable acting like an “Agile Coach” be able to use a variety of tools to drive multiple complex projects in an Agile environment. You will need to be able to partner closely with the business and drive technical change and technical projects. You will be a Go-To person, where you will be empowered to make key decisions and requirements decisions on projects. You will be facilitating daily Agile best practices on projects, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
