Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Project Manager/Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential home build construction projects from initiation to completion. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must have experience in construction. Must be a top performer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute processes to efficiently track construction progress
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including sub contractors, and vendors
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact success
- Facilitate effective communication between sub contractors, vendors, and the team, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and updates
- Provide daily logs of construction progress
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Site Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction trades
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
- Solid understanding of conflict management techniques and the ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
