We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes with a keen attention to detail. The primary duties include statement development, invoicing, and ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments.Key Responsibilities:Statement Development:Generate and distribute accurate monthly statements to clients.Review and reconcile statements to ensure accuracy of billing and payments.Address any discrepancies or issues with clients in a timely manner.Invoicing:Prepare and process invoices for goods and services rendered.Verify billing information, including contract terms, pricing, and discounts.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Accounts Receivable Management:Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.Record and track payment activities in the accounting system.Collections:Implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to resolve payment issues and disputes.Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts.Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in receivables management processes.
