Colson Group USA is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist . The positionwill be responsible for all daily billing and cash applications for each of our North American plants.

This person will work closely with other cross functional teams to provide our each of our customers with excellent service.

Primary Responsibilities : Cash application for all customers on a daily basisBilling for each North American Plant each dayCommunicate directly with customers and other cross functional team membersResponsible for all AR month end close processesBalance Sheet reconciliations related to AR accounts each month Investigate cash and billing discrepanciesAssist in yearly auditWork and contribute to a team setting to accomplish overall departmental and individual goals.

Other Duties and Projects as assigned Requirements : Bachelor of Science or Associates Degree in Accounting Preferred1 years financial work experience Advanced Excel SkillsDetailed OrientedAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesEpicor and Manufacturing experience preferred
