We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Anaheim, California. This role primarily focuses on full-cycle accounts receivable, collections and billing, and requires proficiency in Sage and Excel. Offering a long-term contract to permanent employment opportunity, we welcome candidates who are computer savvy, flexible, and ready to thrive in a dynamic workplace. Responsibilities: • Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate management of all processes. • Handle collections and billing operations, ensuring all are conducted in accordance with company policies. • Utilize Sage Accounting Software for various financial transactions, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and accuracy. • Leverage Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze financial data, create reports, and support decision-making processes. • Manage cash applications to maintain accurate records and ensure the correct application of funds. • Perform bank deposits and handle related procedures in line with company's financial rules and regulations. • Manage commercial collections, working closely with customers to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships. • Be flexible in performing various tasks as needed, adapting to changes in the job function or industry. • Exhibit a high level of computer literacy, using various software and online tools for efficient job performance.
