The candidate will mainly focus on matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Tempe, Arizona area and will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire position.Your responsibilities- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Provide support to internal business partners- Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Conduct full-cycle A/P
