This is a short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare the consolidation of financial statements for internal and external purposes, including all necessary adjusting and eliminating entriesPerforms complex accounting activities such as account reconciliation and preparation of journal entries in accordance with GAAP and SOX; may include tax accounting activities.Prepares and maintains ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and fiscal reports.Process distributor commissions, prepare month-end entries and issues credit memos.Assist the controller with special projects, as applicable.
