We are in search of a detail-oriented Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Van Nuys, California. This role involves managing key accounting functions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports and improving processes within the health care industry. MUST HAVE Health Care Industry Accounting Experience.Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage the overall accounting functions • Handle General Ledger (GL) and month-end closing activities• Prepare financial reports and conduct bank & account reconciliations• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)• Oversee payroll processing for employees using ADP• Assist in tax and audit preparation • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks• Implement process improvements within the accounting department• Utilize ERP Solutions and Accounting Software Systems effectively • Handle Billing Functions and Auditing tasks.
