Responsibilities:• Assisting with the processing and organization of invoices and office mail on a daily basis.• Recording business transactions accurately and updating records accordingly.• Managing customer accounts effectively and ensuring all data is up-to-date.• Processing customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Maintaining accurate customer credit records, updating them as necessary.• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.• Utilizing skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Full Cycle Payroll to optimize accounting procedures.
