Hi Jessica, A growing company in the Grand Prairie, Texas area (75050) is looking for a dedicated Construction Project Accountant to join their ranks on a contract to hire basis. Please see details below!Perform all Project Accountant tasks throughout the project lifecycle, entering project budgets and adjusting as needed, auditing and filing all contracts/agreements, coordinating allocation of time and materials, entering Work Orders and Purchase Orders as needed, coordinating the setup of subcontractors/vendors, gathering all closeout documents needed at the finalization of the project. ● Oversee the running of various reports at different intervals such as AR Reports, Job Cost Reports, Over/Under Budget/Cost Reports, and others. ● Work with AR in ensuring that all invoices have proper documentation in order to be sent to the client. ● Work closely with vendors to establish and maintain strategic relationships. ● Review and post subcontractor and vendor invoices for project. Ensure proper routing and coding. ● Review and post owner project invoices for the project. Collect all required backup for owner invoices (sub billings, waivers, affidavits, releases, etc) ● Work hours as needed in order to meet project deadlines and in the event of emergency services projects. ● Subcontractors- proper assembly and distribution for execution all subcontractor and vendor agreements for assigned projects. Managing those commitments into the ERP system.
