As an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing their accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and productive customer experience. This role involves a blend of account management and customer service to foster positive and lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to issues or concerns.
- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our chemical products, their applications, and industry-specific regulations.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Quotation and Pricing: Prepare and present price quotations, negotiate terms, and work to secure new business while maintaining profitability.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Forecasting: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to demand forecasting and product development.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system to track customer interactions and account status.
