General Definition of Work
Performs work overseeing the EnVision Center, developing business relationships, engaging with the community to bring awareness to both community partners and residents, developing targeted programming, representing RRHA at leadership functions and presenting to other EnVision Centers throughout the nation, marketing programs and events to the community and residents, developing monthly calendars of events, promoting and overseeing successful events, and other work as apparent or assigned.
This position reports to the Director of Community Support Services.
Limited supervision is exercised over assigned work group.
PAY: $46,351.50 - $64,896.00 ANNUALLY

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Human Services, or related field, three (3) to five (5) years experience in case management, or one (1) to two (2) years of experience in program management, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Communication, Business, Human Services, or related field, three (3) to five (5) years experience in case management, or one (1) to two (2) years of experience in program management, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Special Qualifications
Driving record acceptable to RRHA and its insurance carrier(s).
Valid driver’s license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
