Job Details Job Location Pharmacare Dallas - Addison, TX Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Long-Term Care Pharmacy Sales Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our pharmacy services within the long-term care industry. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, increasing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in long-term care pharmacy that includes Intellectual Developmentally Disabled (IDD) and hospice marketing.
Strong understanding of long-term care industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Influential with the ability to think strategically, excellent planning skills, and superior organization.
Strong business acumen background with solid analytical skills.
Possesses fortitude to sell and compete even when faced with rejection.
Demonstrate the following personal attributes: ownership mentality, resourceful, a positive attitude, determined, persistent, curious, works with urgency, and confidence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to handle potentially stressful situations and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications Essential Functions:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain long-term care facilities as clients.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the long-term care sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
Organize and attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our pharmacy services.
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies in long-term care pharmacy.
Answers incoming calls/communications in a timely manager.
Continuing Education:
Attends in-service and educational programs as requested by Director of Pharmacy.
Attends continuing education required for maintenance of professional certification or licensure.
