Job Summary:
Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a highly qualified IT Technician to provide exceptional on-site technical support to our corporate and executive staff, including the CEO, at our main headquarters. This position requires discretion and a commitment to information security when handling confidential C-suite data.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive troubleshooter with a strong understanding of enterprise technologies. You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for our senior leadership team. During periods with lower volumes of executive support tickets, you will also be expected to assist with tickets submitted by staff throughout our other facilities.
