Description

Job Summary:

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a highly qualified IT Technician to provide exceptional on-site technical support to our corporate and executive staff, including the CEO, at our main headquarters. This position requires discretion and a commitment to information security when handling confidential C-suite data.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive troubleshooter with a strong understanding of enterprise technologies. You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems for our senior leadership team. During periods with lower volumes of executive support tickets, you will also be expected to assist with tickets submitted by staff throughout our other facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide on-site technical support to the C-suite, including the CEO, at our main corporate office.
  • Handle all support requests with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, network connectivity, and mobile devices.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of problems.
  • Log all support requests into a trackable ticketing system and follow established procedures to ensure timely resolution.
  • Create knowledge base articles to document solutions for future reference.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide clear and concise technical explanations and solutions to executive staff.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other IT teams as needed.
  • When executive support tickets are low, assist with resolving technical issues for staff at other Cantex facilities.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to maintain technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4 years of experience as an IT Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role with a focus on supporting senior executives.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience using remote desktop applications and a ticketing system.
